What this service is, and is not

Workouti publishes a free workout generator and six single-purpose training tools that run entirely in your browser. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a personalised prescription or a product review, and no contract for goods or services is concluded through this site.
Workouti is not a gym, a coaching service or a retailer. Where a page names equipment or a supplement, it is a labelled partner link to a third-party shop that handles any purchase under its own terms; how the site earns money is disclosed in full in the terms and the privacy policy.
The health position of this site is stated in the terms and health disclaimer: general fitness information, not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.

Responsibility for content

The operator named above is responsible for the content of this site. Every figure on a tool page is either computed by the method that page publishes, cited to a named source with a read date, or labelled as an estimate. Corrections are published rather than argued with: write to hello@plainforge.com and, where a figure is wrong, the fix appears on the page with its date.

Disputes and applicable law

Since no consumer contracts are concluded through this site, the EU rules attaching to online sales and service contracts do not apply to your use of it. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is deliberately not linked here.
Use of this site is governed by the terms. The operator is established in the Republic of Lithuania and this notice is provided under Lithuanian law implementing Directive 2000/31/EC.
Data protection questions and rights are handled as described in the privacy policy, which names the controller by reference to this page and your right to complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority.
