Workouti is a free workout generator that runs entirely inside your browser. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking. This page explains exactly what that means.
Nothing. We operate no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies and no third-party scripts. The site makes no external network requests at all — fonts and images are served from our own domain.
The generator saves a few things in your browser's local storage so the app is useful when you come back. This data never leaves your device and we cannot read it:
You can erase all of it at any time: use the × on the saved-program bar, or clear site data for workouti.com in your browser settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser removes it permanently. We keep no copy, so we cannot restore it for you.
Body weight and training entries are personal. That is precisely why they stay on your device and are never transmitted. We never see them, store them on a server, or share them with anyone.
Our hosting provider records standard web-server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, browser user agent) as part of operating and securing the service. These logs are not linked to any individual, are not used for profiling or advertising, and are retained only for a short period by the provider.
This site carries five labelled partner links: SportsShoes (running and training shoes), RDX Sports (bands, skipping ropes, belts and wraps), Mikolo (benches, racks and home gym frames), Tempo (a home gym with coaching built in) and Sports Research (creatine). If you buy after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
They are plain links, not scripts, pixels or embedded widgets, so nothing is loaded from those companies while you read this site and nothing about your visit is shared with them unless you tap one. If you do tap one, you leave workouti.com and the destination site handles you under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. The links carry a tracking code that tells the partner network the click came from this site and from that page. It carries nothing about you.
The four equipment links sit on the about page, and up to two of them appear again as a gear step underneath a finished programme, chosen by what that programme contains. The supplement link sits on the eating basics page. There are none in the generator's questions, none inside a session and none in the session player. The generator decides your programme before the gear step is drawn, and the links change nothing about what it produces.
Since 23 August 2026 the six tool pages (first pull-up, kit planner, band decoder, rack fit check, cardio converter and creatine) also carry labelled links from that same list, at most two on any page, each one drawn underneath a result the page has already worked out.
When you share a program, the link contains a short code describing your selections — goal, level, session length, equipment, days per week and optionally body weight. That code travels only to whoever you send it to. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Under the GDPR you have rights to access, correct, and erase personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete — you already hold and control all of it. If you have a question about this, write to us at the address below.
